Sushi Shibucho

We arrived here after a long night of driving through the rain. We simply sat down and told the chef that we’ll leave it up to him, omakase. The chef was really friendly and talkative. He would describe each piece as he serves them, and each one was more delicious than the previous. When we told him we had enough, he made us one more piece, which was the Baked Salted Water Eel. It was so wonderful, that we ended up asking for another piece. This time, he brought out the Spanish Mackerel. Another delightful present for my tastebuds. To my surprise, the bill wasn’t nearly as high as I expected it to be. We will definitely eat here again.
